There are various types of fire extinguishing systems used in the industry, including<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Water Based Suppression Systems (There are three kinds for water-based suppression system:&nbsp;Water mist,&nbsp;Water Sprinkler&nbsp;and&nbsp;Water Spray.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gas Based Suppression System (Most common of them are: Carbone Dioxide Fire Suppression System, Inert Gas Fire Suppression System, FM200 (HFC) Fire Suppression System)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foam systems (divided in two main types<strong>: <\/strong>Low Expansion, Medium and High Expansion)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Powder Suppression System (Powder extinguishing system divided: Dry Powder Systems, Dry Powder Systems, Dry Powder Systems)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rim Seal System (divided in two main types<strong>: <\/strong>Foam Based Unit, Gas Based Unit)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fire Pumps (Types of fire pumps include: Horizontal Split Case, Vertical Split Case, Vertical In-line and Vertical Turbine.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">These fire extinguishing systems are strategically installed throughout the oil and gas facilities, including production platforms, refineries, and storage areas, to ensure rapid response and effective fire suppression in the event of an emergency.
